A new city in the heart of Dubai

The Dubai South project is a master planned city developed by Dubai South, adjacent to the Expo 2020 Dubai site and Al Maktoum International Airport.

When finished Dubai South Residential District will offer new residential units between villas, townhouses and apartments, housing an estimated 35,000 residents and will pave the way for over 40 developers to expedite their developments.

The Residential District includes schools, nurseries, hospitals, retail outlets, a swimming academy and sports centre.

There is also the City Retail area– a shopping district – which will bring 30,000 square feet of retail space for leasing, with ambitions to develop a total 18,581 square metres in the longer term.

SESC worked as Commissioning Agents for the project, looking after all commissioning activities across the development. From design review to supplier coordination SESC have worked as the lynch pin between the project ownrs , subcontractors, and specialists.
