The project includes the construction of a 200-room, 4-storey, 5-star resort spreading over a land area of 700,000 sq.m and covered built up area of 30,000 sq m. DSA Architects International is the lead design, architect and construction supervision consultant, GM Architects is the interior design and Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau is the lead design, structural design and MEP consultant. Jumeirah Group is the hotel operator on the project.
