Flow & Pressure Testing
(Air & Water)

We'll Keep The Pressure Off Your Project And In Your Ductwork Instead
Air tightness or pressure testing is a skilled method of determining uncontrolled airflow. Leaking ducts can significantly increase energy bills, dramatically reduce system capacity and performance, as well as result in potentially dangerous indoor air quality problems.
A ductwork pressure test procedure consists of a calibrated fan for measuring an air flow rate and a pressure sensing device to measure the pressure created by the fan flow. The combination of pressure and fan flow measurements are used to determine the ductwork airtightness.
For flow rate testing our teams have logged thousands of hours worth of data from a range of system types, creating detailed and bespoke reports that have resulted in millions of dollars worth of savings.
Our dedicated testing teams have decades of experience testing pressure and flow across a multitude of projects. From large scale complex offshore Oil & Gas system to intricate laboratory systems our expertise covers it all.
Our collaborative and proactive approach drives efficiency, cost savings and offers our clients peace of mind. We are committed to continuous improvement, through innovation and investment in our personnel, methodologies and equipment.

"From mega structures and city developments to townhouses and retail spaces, we've got you covered"
